Krista from 4H presents Mindful Me. Participants will explore ways to eat mindfully, while we follow along with the book “No Ordinary Apple” by Sara Marlowe. We’ll continue exploring mindfulness through the creation of meditation jars. Please register by phone, email or in-person.
