Your Library Card
GETTING A LIBRARY CARD
Library cards are a benefit of your tax dollar and are available to all Neoga Township and Ash Grove Township residents and /or property owners within the Neoga Public Library District. When applying for a card, bring identification and current proof of residency: property tax bill, utility bill, bank statement, or some other form of identification showing name and current physical address. Your card will be honored at any Illinois Heartland Library System library.
Those living outside the library district boundaries may purchase a non-resident family card for $65.00 per year.
