We must be mindful, however, of the safety of our patrons and staff. As an alternative to the in-house events, the library will be offering a Summer Reading Take-Home packet for school-age children from 1st grade to 6th grade. The packet will contain fun and educational activities as well as some treats. There will be both indoor and outdoor activities. To reserve a packet, parents or grandparents should call the library to be put on the reservation list. We will ask the parents’ name and the name and age of the child. Packets will be available for pick-up beginning June 30. Reservations should be made early, as there will be a limited number of packets available.
